Hey guys, just wanted to kick off a thread in case anyone else has had issues with [Crypto Exchange name]'s support team. Been using their platform for a while now, but recently had some serious delays with withdrawals (5+ days) and tried contacting support but got zero replies for nearly a week. Has anyone else experienced this?
