"Hey guys, I just found out that the first computer bug was actually an insect that got stuck in the Harvard Mark II computer in 1947. Apparently, a team of engineers was working on the machine when a moth got trapped in one of the relays, and they taped the moth to the computer log with the note 'First actual case of bug being found'. Crazy to think that's where the term 'bug' comes from.

"Just saw a story about a dude who built a fully functional 3D-printed car, and I'm lowkey impressed. The part that gets me is, the whole thing only cost like $4,000 to make. Anyone else hear about this? "

"Yooo, I just saw a video about a dude who built a working robotic arm out of a 3D printer and an Xbox controller. The whole thing was controlled by a neural network - mind blown, right? Anybody else hearing about this?"

Just saw that a team of scientists in Japan developed a functional computer chip made from a 2D material called graphene. Apparently, these chips are not only super fast, but they also consume less power than traditional ones. Anyone else hear about this?

"Lol, just saw the one about the dude who lost $100k in Bitcoin because he didn't turn off his computer during a storm. Talk about a crazy power surge, right? Still blows my mind how he didn't have a backup power supply"

"Dude, I just saw this article about a dude who built a fully functional computer using nothing but LEGOs. I know it sounds wild, but apparently the whole thing is Turing complete. Can't wait to see what other crazy tech projects get shared in this thread!"

"just read about the Japanese researcher who created a computer virus in the 1970s that was so simple it's still active today. crazy to think about how far we've come and yet some of our early code is still kicking"

"just saw this crazy story about how the inventor of the wifi network, Vic Hayes, is still collecting paychecks from Google even though it's been over 20 years since he first patented it. Talk about passive income. What a legend!"

"Dude, I saw a vid yesterday about a smart contact lens that can detect diabetes. It's like something out of a sci-fi movie! The lens uses a tiny glucose sensor to send alerts to the user's phone if their blood sugar is getting too high or low."

"Dude, I just read about a group of scientists who created a functional computer chip out of DNA. It's called a "DNA neural network" and it's still in the experimental phase but it's pretty wild. Has anyone else heard about this?"

"Dude, I just read about how some dude invented the LED light in the 1920s, but no one cared about it until like 40 years later. What's crazy is he was working on a more efficient incandescent bulb at the time, and the LED just kind of happened as a side project."

"Dude, I just heard about this story where some devs made a AI that can create perfect forgery's of historical artwork. Apparently it's got a neural network so sophisticated it can mimic styles from the Renaissance all the way to modern times. That's wild stuff..."
