В скрипте есть админ панель, работает отправка смс, почты.
Скрипт, конечно, сыроват, но работать уже можно
Для тех, кто знает про фейк МФО подойдет отлично)

I think you guys are overcomplicating things with all that PHP. I made a simple clone using node.js and it took me like 10 minutes to set up. Anybody know how to create a mock API for the payment system?
