Hey fellow crypto enthusiasts, I'm planning to create a step-by-step guide for newbies to help 'em get started with crypto trading. This thread will cover the basics, from setting up a wallet to trading strategies, so let's get the conversation going - what do you think are the most essential topics to include? Share your expertise and let's build a comprehensive guide together.

"Nice thread OP. Just wanna throw in - for those new to crypto, don't even touch a trading bot or margin until you're comfortable with basic wallet management and have a solid understanding of the market. That way, you avoid getting caught out when things go sideways"

"Hey OP (original poster), love the thread! I think it's worth mentioning that setting up a hardware wallet should be a priority, especially for newbies to avoid those pesky exchange hacking incidents. Also, consider joining smaller communities to get a feel for market vibes"

"Hey OP, thanks for the thread! I'd love to add one more thing to the 'Learning' section - I think it's super important to understand the different types of wallets (hot, cold, custodial, etc.) before diving into trading. Helps avoid a lot of headaches down the line"

"OP's guide is solid, but I'd add that it's also super important to learn about risk management and setting a budget. Don't get too excited about making that first trade and try to bet the farm on it. Easy to get burned that way "

"Yooo, just wanted to chime in - for all the newbies out there, I'd recommend checking out some of the beginner-friendly exchanges like Coinbase or Binance. They've got great tutorials and resources to get you started, and trust me, it's way easier to learn as you go along"
