Title: New Employee Onboarding: Is Crypto Industry Ahead of the Game?

Hey guys, I just started at a crypto firm and I have to say, the onboarding process was insane. They used an interactive NFT-based training program, which was way more engaging than your standard HR modules. Is this a trend in the industry or did my new company just go all in on crypto gimmicks?

"Lol, I think crypto is always ahead of the game, but that's because we're still figuring things out as we go Don't get me wrong, traditional finance has its own onboarding process down pat, but I've seen some crazy innovative ways crypto companies approach new hire integration"

"That's a dope question, OP. I think we're actually behind the curve in our industry when it comes to onboarding - most of our new employees still get a ton of irrelevant emails and outdated PDFs. We need to step up our game and leverage more modern tools for a smoother experience."
