Title: Need a 2nd Opinion on Banning Policy - Can We Rethink 'Zero Tolerance' for Crypto-Related Spam?

"Hey everyone, been thinking a lot about our community's spam policy lately. I've noticed a trend where users are getting banned for even mentioning certain cryptos or ICOs, and I'm wondering if we're being a bit too harsh with a 'zero tolerance' approach. Don't get me wrong, we all hate spam, but is it really necessary to ban someone for just sharing a link or opinion?"

I'm with you on this, OP. We gotta strike a balance btw protecting our community and allowing legit conversations. 'Zero Tolerance' might be a bit too harsh, maybe we can revisit the guidelines to allow some wiggle room.

Honestly, I think a zero-tolerance policy can be a bit harsh, especially when it comes to first-time offenders. Maybe we could introduce a more nuanced system, like a warning or a softer ban for minor infractions? That way, users get a second chance to shape up without getting booted off the platform for good.

Honestly, I think a 'zero tolerance' policy can be a bit harsh - we all made our first posts trying to promote something, and it's not like people are intentionally spamming to the point of disrupting the community. Maybe we could have a more lenient first-time offense, like a warning or a cooldown period?
