2. Aptos (their layer 1 scaling looks promising)
3. Cere Network (their ZK-SNARKs tech is a game-changer)
4. Cosmos (their inter-chain transactions are a major upgrade)
5. Hedera Hashgraph (their eco-friendly consensus is a nice touch)
