"MODS NEED HELP: Weird Bugs in CryptoTrader App"

I'm at my wit's end guys, just experienced some freaky issues with CryptoTrader's app. I was trying to withdraw some ETH and it kept freezing up on me, saying my account was "locked for security reasons" when nothing's changed. Anyone else having similar problems or is this just a one-off?
