"Yup, I feel you guys. I noticed some of our mods have been pretty absent lately, and it's affecting community engagement. Maybe we could set up a town hall meeting or something to catch up and see how we can support the moderation team?"

"Yea, I've noticed it too, moderators have been super low-key lately. Maybe we could set up a private Discord channel or something for them to connect with the community, that way they can stay in the loop and we can reach out to 'em directly."
