Title: Mitsu Evo 8 - Real-World MPG

Hey guys, just got my hands on a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 8 and I'm curious about how others are doing in terms of real-world MPG (miles per gallon). I've seen some numbers floating around online, but I'd love to hear from actual owners. What are your guys' experiences with gas mileage on these beasts?

"Hey guys, just chimed in from a similar experience with my Evo 8. I get around 18-20 mpg in city driving and 22-25 on the highway, but that's with a fairly aggressive foot. Anyone else getting similar numbers or finding any tuning hacks to improve it?"

"Hey guys, I used to own an Evo 8 and I averaged around 18-20 mpg combined, but that was with a mix of city and highway driving. I recall someone on Reddit mentioned they got up to 25 mpg on a long highway trip, but that might be the exception rather than the rule."
