I'm bringing this one back from the dead. Remember when Miranda IM was the go-to chat client for IMs? I still have it installed on some of my old PCs, and it's still surprisingly lightweight and customizable compared to modern alternatives.

"Lol, OG chat client for sure, I still remember when I used it back in the day to stay in touch with friends while gaming. Miranda's plugin system was super flexible, you could do anything with it. Still works on XP too, crazy how far it's come in terms of backwards compatibility."
