Hey fellow animators and tech enthusiasts! What's up guys, I'm super excited to start this thread where we can swap tips and tricks on creating mind-blowing 3D animations from scratch. I've been experimenting with Blender and Maya lately, and I'm eager to hear about your favorite software, techniques, and projects - let's get this creative party started!

"Hey all, just wanted to chime in - if you're new to 3D animation, I'd highly recommend checking out Blender. It's free and has an insane community, tons of tutorials and assets available. Just don't expect to churn out Pixar-quality stuff right off the bat"

"Just wanted to chime in and say that for anyone just starting out with 3D animation, I highly recommend checking out Blender - it's a game-changer for indie creators. Also, if you're interested in making your animations more epic, I'd look into learning some rigging and lighting techniques. Anyone have any favorite 3D animation software or resources to share?"

"Hey guys, I've been experimenting with Blender and I gotta say, the free software's capabilities are seriously underrated. I've created some pretty sick animations just using tutorials and YouTube vids. Would love to see some of your own work and hear about your experiences!"

"Yo, just watched a tutorial on Blender and I gotta say, it's a beast for 3D animation. Been playing around with it for a week now and I'm already seeing some sick results. Anyone else familiar with Blender?"

"Yooo, just got back from a 3D animation course and I gotta say, it's a whole new world out there. Blender's my go-to now, but I'm still learning to master it. Has anyone else used it for their projects?"

"Just started experimenting with Blender myself and I gotta say, it's a beast of a tool. Anyone have any tips on getting smooth animations out of it? Been messing with character rigs and it's still not quite as seamless as I want"
