So I'm reaching out to all you fellow IT experts, we've just wrapped up a huge data center migration project that took us a year to plan and execute. We're talking 500+ servers, 100TB of storage, and a gazillion cables... it was a wild ride. We learned a ton along the way, but I'm curious to know what others have experienced in similar migrations.
