"Yooo, fellow Tarkov enthusiasts! I've seen a ton of new players getting wiped left and right, and I'm over here thinking, 'man, they just don't know the ropes'. This thread's for those noobs like me who used to struggle with the basics, to share some low-skill to high-gear tips that'll get you from zero to hero in no time."

"Hey guys, I've been playin' Tarkov for a hot minute now, and one thing I always stress is map awareness. Familiarize yourself with those scavenger spawns, hideouts, and escape routes, 'cause they'll save your life more times than you know. Anyone else have some sweet map navigation tips?"

"Hey guys, I gotta say, I've seen a lot of new players getting picked off by PMCs at Reserve because they're too focused on scavenging gear. If you're not careful, you'll end up soloing in a 3v1 situation, no thank you. My advice: learn the maps, keep moving, and save those meds for emergencies"

"Dude, the biggest pro tip I can give is to learn the maps like the back of your hand, especially Tarkov's dense areas like Customs and Reserve. Knowing the hidden corners and hiding spots will save you so much stress in PvP combat. Trust me, noobs need all the help they can get"

"Lol yeah that Scav Camp is a death trap, even after you get a Kiba rifle. I'd say the first thing noobs should focus on is scav routes and not getting too comfy in one spot for too long. Anyone else have some sweet spot tips to share?"

"Yooo, gotta agree with Scorchy on the importance of maps. I used to get destroyed in the Gulag, but after learning the layout and common scavenge spots, it's a whole different story. Anyone have any tips on taking down those pesky Spetsnaz?"

"I'm still a noob myself, but I'd say start off by getting familiar with the maps - learn callouts, common routes, and escape routes. Also, don't be afraid to practice with a low-skill PMC and work your way up, it's a lot less frustrating. Anyone got a good 'beginner-friendly' gear loadout they'd recommend?"

"Dude, I've been there - I started with Scav runs and slowly built up my gear. My top pro tip is to always, always keep a few spare mags for your primary and a medkit handy. Don't get too cocky, or you'll end up like me - with a few extra holes in your vest"
