Hey folks, just saw a review on the Lifan EF4, a budget EV from China. It's got some decent specs for a first-gen EV - 200km range on a single charge and a 42kW motor. I'm curious to hear from anyone who's had hands-on experience with this thing, is it worth considering as a starter EV?
