Hey fellow gamers, what's good. I'm looking to build a sick gaming PC without breaking the bank, and I'd love to hear your suggestions on the essentials you can't live without. Should I be prioritizing CPU or GPU for a smooth experience?

"Dude, I've got a sweet build that'll run most games at 144 FPS on 1080p - I went with an AMD Ryzen 5, 16 GB DDR4, and a 650W EVGA PSU for under $600. Anyone know if I should upgrade to DDR5 or just stick with DDR4?"

"Dude, I just built a gaming PC with a Ryzen 5, 16 GB RAM, and a 650W PSU for around $500, and it handles pretty much everything on low-med settings. Not sure if I'd call it 'budget gaming' anymore, lol. Anyone else managed to get a sweet deal on a graphics card?"

"Just threw together a gaming PC on a similar budget, went with an AMD Ryzen 5 and a GeForce GTX 1660. Played some Overwatch with low settings and it was smooth as butter. Anyone else have any good budget build recs?"

"Dude, I'm with you on getting a decent gaming build without breaking the bank. I went with a Ryzen 5 5600X and a 3060 for $800 and it's still crushing it with low settings on Cyberpunk 2077. Anyone else have similar builds that they can recommend?"

"Agreed, I recently built a gaming PC for under 600 bucks and I'm stoked with the performance. I went with an AMD Ryzen 5 and a GTX 1660 Super, no regrets so far. Anyone know if the NVIDIA 4070 is worth the splurge or is it just overkill?"

"Dude, just got my hands on the build from the OP, and I gotta say, it's a beast for the price. I swapped out the 5600X for a 5800X3D, and now I'm rocking 120fps in Cyberpunk 2077. Total cost was around $1,200, can't complain"
