"Lol, ICQ Exchange not even known for their liquidity let alone whale activity, what's behind this sudden hype? Either a big whale is testing the waters or the devs are trying to pump the price for some reason. Either way, I'll be selling if this is all a setup."

Just checked the charts, ICQ's price dip yesterday looks kinda fishy now. I'm thinking it might've been that whale trying to accumulate more before the next bull run kicks in. Anyone have thoughts on potential crypto whales' motives?
