"Just picked up my new Forester 2.5i and I'm stoked. I've been looking at off-roading with it, but I wanna hear from you guys who've been down that road (literally). Has anyone else driven this model into some rough terrain?"

Congrats on the new Forester, dude! I've had one of these before, and while it's not a rock crawler, it's got decent ground clearance and all-wheel drive, so it can handle some light off-roading. Just don't expect to be taking it on any serious 4x4 trails.

Congrats on the new ride. Honestly, I've had a Forester for a few years now and it's been decent for light off-roading - the 2.5i model's got a bit more clearance and ground clearance than older models. Would be curious to know your experience with it so far though.

"Congrats on the new ride! I've got a friend with a Forester 2.5i and they say it's decent for light off-roading, but don't expect to take it on any extreme trails. It's got good ground clearance and all-wheel drive, so it'll handle some rough stuff, but don't push it too hard."

Yaa, gotta say I'm a bit jealous, Forester's a solid choice. My buddy had one with the 2.5i and it handled rough terrain pretty well, but don't expect it to tackle extreme off-roading. Still, it's perfect for casual adventures and light trails.
