Has anyone else out there seen a smart trader struggle with these emotional pitfalls?

"I gotta say, I think EQ is essential for crypto traders. You can have all the technical skills in the world, but if you can't manage your emotions, you'll end up selling at the bottom and buying at the top. It's like they say - don't let fear and greed be your traders."
