Title: ICQ Alert: New User Spotted With Suspicious Wallet Activity

Just got a PM from a trusted source. Apparently, a new user on ICQ (ICoinQuest) has been making some weird trades and transfers - they're buying up a bunch of obscure altcoins and then immediately selling them for a suspiciously high profit. Anyone recognize this user or have any info on what's going on?

"Lol, ICQ alert is pretty old school, right? Anyways, suspicious wallet activity could be just a phishing attempt or a new user not knowing any better. Maybe we can get some more info on the wallet address?"

"Dude, I think I've seen this before - the new user tries to get in on the ground floor of a pump, dumps their coins, and then suddenly disappears. We should flag their IP and get some more eyes on their wallet history."
