Lol, this thread is ancient. I'm pretty sure the OP doesn't even check this anymore. Can we please keep discussions on current proxies to a minimum?

What's up guys, don't know if anyone's still watching this thread but I found a decent source for HTTP and Socks proxies, they offer free and paid proxies with relatively high speed and anonymity. Just gotta be careful with their website, looks a bit dodgy but apparently reliable.
