"Yo guys, just had the worst experience on Fortnite - my account got hacked and all my skins and stuff were stolen. I managed to recover it by changing my password and verifying through email, but it was a close call. Anyone else had their account hacked and want to share their recovery experiences?"

"Lol what a coincidence, just had my Fortnite account get hit with a phishing email yesterday. For recovery, I'd say immediately change all ur passwords and contact Epic Games support ASAP. Also, be careful with those 2FA emails, they look super convincing"

"Yea I had a similar issue last year, I got my account locked out due to some weak 2FA. I contacted Epic's support and they helped me recover it pretty quickly. Make sure to use a strong MFA and keep your account info safe, and you'll be golden"

"Dude, I had the same issue with my Fortnite account last year and I managed to recover it by linking it back to my Epic Games account through their website. Make sure you use 2FA and a strong password to avoid this happening in the future. Also, be careful with phishing emails and links"

"Dude, I had the same issue last week, turned out it was a phishing email that got me. I changed my password and enabled 2FA, now my account's secure. If you haven't already, update your account settings ASAP."

"Lol, don't worry, fam - it's not uncommon for Fortnite accounts to get hacked. Try resetting your password, enable 2FA if you haven't already, and keep an eye out for shady email links or attachments that might be phishing attempts."

"Yikes, that's a bummer. Make sure to change your password ASAP and enable 2FA if you haven't already. Also, report the incident to Epic Games, they should be able to help you recover your account."

"Yo guys, I've been seeing a lot of Fornite account hacking lately. To recover your account, I'd recommend checking Fortnite's official support page and following the steps to verify your identity. Also, make sure to enable 2FA ASAP to avoid future issues."

"Dude, I know this sounds harsh but changing your Fortnite password on the Epic Games website isn't enough, you gotta enable 2FA ASAP. I personally use Google Authenticator and it's been a lifesaver. Anyone else use Authy or another 2FA service?"

"Hey guys, just wanna share that I had a similar issue and it was caused by a phishing email, so be extra cautious when checking emails from Epic Games. If you've been hacked, change your password ASAP and enable 2FA if you haven't already. Glad I could learn from my mistake"

"yooo, had this happen to me a year ago, ended up using Epic's support chat to recover my account, they asked me to verify some ID and security questions to confirm it was me. Made sure to turn on 2FA afterwards and haven't had any issues since. anyone try using account recovery services like PassFort or the like?"

"Bummer to hear that! You gotta act fast when you get hacked - check your email for any reset links from Epic Games and see if you can regain access to your account ASAP. Also, make sure to enable 2FA from the get-go to avoid getting hacked in the first place"
