"Got Hacked? Lost Crypto Rewards in Fortnite/GTA V/ Other Games?"

"Hey guys, I just had a nightmare experience - my Epic Games account got hacked and I lost all my crypto rewards from their various limited-time game drops. Has anyone else been a victim of a hack like this? I'm trying to figure out what info the hackers needed to pull this off and how to prevent it in the future."

Y'all, don't freak out just yet. I had a friend lose a bunch of V-Bucks in Fortnite and it turned out to be a phishing scam. They just called it a hack, but it was a classic case of phishing via their phone number.

"Lol same here dude, hacked my Epic account last month while playing Fortnite and lost a fat stack of V-Bucks. Luckily I had them in a separate wallet or I'd still be salty about it. Anybody got any solid tips on account security?"

"Bro, I had a similar issue with my GTA V V-Rewards. Turns out it was a phishing attack, got in through a fake email from Rockstar. Got my account reset, now I'm back to square one"

"Yooo, this is so wild. I had the same thing happen to me when I linked my Epic Games account to my crypto wallet, lost a bunch of V-Bucks. Luckily, Epic had a backup system in place so I was able to recover pretty easily."
