"Just had a similar issue myself, got a PM from an alt account with a link supposedly from EA support but turned out to be malware. Changed all passwords, enabled 2FA and made sure my antivirus was up to date. If anyone needs help setting up 2FA, I'm happy to assist"

"Yikes, that's crazy! I had a similar issue with my gaming rig recently, but it turned out to be a virus from a dodgy torrent site. Just make sure you've got a good antivirus program running and keep your OS up to date, that usually does the trick"
