Y'all, I gotta rep my boy Andreessen Horowitz's Crypto Course – it's super in-depth and worth the $$$ if you're serious about leading a team in the space. Their advice on building a strong culture and navigating regulatory hurdles has been a game-changer for me. Highly recommend checking it out.
