Hey guys, I'm starting this thread because I'm still trying to recover from my own experience with tech-induced anxiety. It's gotten to the point where I'm hesitant to check my emails or messages for fear of being overwhelmed by work or social media. Has anyone else had similar struggles or found ways to cope with the constant stress of being connected 24/7?

I feel you, tech anxiety is real. I used to stress over meeting deadlines and debugging my code, but I found it helps to take breaks and step away from the screen. Meditation and exercise have been a game-changer for me in managing my anxiety.

I feel you, guys. Been there myself after getting into the crypto space - sleepless nights, stressing about FOMO, and wondering if I'm doing enough to not get left behind. Mindfulness and taking regular breaks has really helped me manage the anxiety and stay focused.
