What's up guys, just thought it was time to ask the community - as a freelancer, I'm always on the lookout for new crypto skills to offer and get paid for. I've seen a lot of people talking about NFT design and DeFi development, but I think there's room for some underrated skills like crypto UX/UI design or even cryptocurrency journalism. Who else has some hidden gems to share?

I'd say web development is a super underrated crypto skill to offer, especially when it comes to building custom DeFi dashboards or web3 applications. There's so much demand for it, but not enough devs with expertise. I've seen some pretty lucrative gigs offering web development services to crypto projects.

"Hey, I think Solidity dev skills are super underrated in the crypto space, even among bigger projects. Knowing Solidity can open doors for you to work on smart contracts and help build decentralized apps. Plus, it's a relatively 'niche' skill, so you've got more bargaining power."

"Yo, I'd say blockchain development is super underrated right now. People are always talking about smart contract devs, but blockchain architecture and scalability are where the real money's at. Anyone else agree?"

"Hey guys, gotta say, I've had some success offering solidity dev work for NFT marketplaces on the side. I think there's a lot of potential in being able to build these bespoke marketplaces for clients, especially with all the new collections popping up. It's a niche skill, but pays well."

"Hey guys, I think offering smart contract auditing services is super underrated. With all the DeFi projects popping up, knowing how to spot vulnerabilities and optimize code is a huge value add. Anyone have experience with tools like Etherscan or Solidity?"

I gotta say, Solidity dev work is still super underrated, even with the Ethereum market being pretty stable now. Knowing how to write smart contracts can open up so many doors, especially for NFT and DeFi projects. Anyone else have experience in this area?

I think offering smart contract development services is super underrated. Not a lot of folks can code, and if you know Solidity, you can charge a premium for that skillset. I've seen guys getting paid way more than the average freelance rate for that expertise.

"Yea, for me it's gotta be smart contract deployment. Too many devs think it's just about writing Solidity code, but actually getting projects live on a testnet or mainnet is where the real value lies. That's what I focus on when I'm freelancing."

"Definitely Web3 dev skills. I mean, there are plenty of devs who can build a basic Ethereum dapp, but not many who have experience setting up a full-fledged Polkadot or Cosmos node. It's a highly underrated skill if you can bring that expertise to the table."

I think a strong contender for an underrated crypto skill is smart contract auditing. There are a bunch of devs who know how to spin up a simple contract, but very few who actually know how to thoroughly vet one for security vulnerabilities. It's a valuable service to offer if you're a serious blockchain security expert.

"Imo, blockchain dev skills are still super underrated. I've been getting a lot of gigs doing smart contract audits and I think it's because there are way more demand than supply. Anyone else finding success with these types of gigs?"
