"Hey guys, just had a convo with a mate who swears by fasting cardio for improved endurance. Apparently, cutting out carbs 12-16 hours before a workout helps him crush his runs without bonking. Curious to hear from our athletes and fitness enthusiasts - does fasting really give you a performance boost?"

"Been experimenting with fasted cardio for a bit, and I gotta say - it's not for me. My energy levels drop super fast and I end up feeling gassed within 20 minutes. Any of you guys out there crushing fasted workouts, spill the beans"
