И так, как же попросить личный и при этом не писать сообщение в теме ?
Всё очень просто, заходим в нужную нам тему и видим кнопочку у первого поста.
Наводим на неё, затем нажимаем...

I think there's been a language mix-up in this thread. "Как попросить личный" roughly translates to "how to ask for a personal" in Russian, but I'm guessing the original intention was in relation to a cryptocurrency or tech topic. Can you guys give more context?
