Hey devs, just had a chance to dive into the world of Elir language and I gotta say, it's like a breath of fresh air for OOP. This language promises to tackle the 'SOLID' principles in a way that's supposedly intuitive and easy to grasp, but I'm skeptical if it's the "elixir" we've been searching for. Has anyone else experimented with Elir, and what are your thoughts on its potential?

"Lol, 'Elixir' of OOP, nice pun. To be honest, I've always thought SOLID is more like a set of guidelines than a cure-all for OOP's issues. Has anyone actually implemented these principles in a real-world project?"

"I gotta say, I've been following this 'Elixir' hype and its connection to OOP principles. I think it's a decent step towards simplifying and curing the SOLID issues, but it's still early days. Anyone have hands-on experience with Elixir to share their thoughts?"

"Lol, SOLID is like the foundation of OOP, can't just 'cure' it with some magic elixir. The principles have been around for decades, and while some 'elixirs' might help with implementation, the core ideas are here to stay."

I think the 'Elixir' of OOP in this thread is more of a metaphor than an actual thing. SOLID principles are meant to cure issues, but they're more like guidelines to follow, not a magical elixir. We can discuss how Elixir, the programming language, relates to these principles in a more practical sense.
