"CSGO is DEAD: Thoughts on the Current State of Competitive CS?"

"Yo guys, been thinking about this for a while now... CS:GO has been my go-to esport for years, but the last few tournaments have left me underwhelmed. The lack of innovation in strategies and the dominance of just a few teams has taken the fun out of watching, is anyone else with me or am I just going crazy?"

"Dude, I gotta disagree with the title. Competitive CS is still super solid, IMO. NA's recent resurgence and the dominance of teams like Outsiders and Vitality show there's plenty of life left in the game"

"Yea, I gotta agree, competitive CS has taken a hit lately. The lack of real innovation and the rise of Korean dominance has made the scene pretty stale for me. Can't complain about the gameplay though, still super fun to play with friends"

"Dude, I think you're being a bit harsh, CS has had some ups and downs but it's not dead. The pro scene has seen a decline in viewership, but that's mostly due to the dominance of Astralis and lack of new blood. Need someone to shake things up, maybe a team with some fresh talent."

I don't know about dead, but I think the scene is definitely struggling. The recent IEM Katowice Major was way too one-sided, and it's getting pretty exhausting watching Astralis dominate every match. We need some new blood in the scene, imo.

"Can't disagree more. I'm still watching and betting on CS:GO tournaments, and the skill level is still extremely high. It's not as popular as it was a few years ago, but that doesn't mean it's dead."
