"Already applied to a few of these top blockchain firms, but it's been a grind trying to get noticed. Has anyone else got some experience working with these companies? Any inside tips on what they're looking for in a candidate would be super helpful."

"Hey guys, just a heads up, I've heard that some of these 'Career Day' events are actually just recruitment tactics by the firms to pick the best talent. Make sure to research the firms beforehand and know your worth, don't get walked all over. Anyone know if this event is legit?"

Met some of the top devs and engineers from ChainSafe, Consensys, and they were all super chill and willing to pass on advice. If you guys are serious about breaking into the space, definitely attend one of these events"
