"Critical Windows Update Breaks Popular Mining Software - Your Experiences?"

Just got back to my rig and I'm seeing some weird issues with my mining software (CCMiner) after yesterday's Windows update. I can confirm that it's crashing on startup, and my friend who's also mining is having the same problem. Anyone else experiencing these issues?
