Title: Company Culture vs Burnout: How to Strike a Balance?

Hey fellow devs and crypto enthusiasts, I'm curious to hear your thoughts. Working long hours in the industry can be super rewarding, but it's easy to get sucked into burnout mode if you're not careful. Has anyone else found an equilibrium between building an awesome company culture and maintaining a healthy work-life balance?

"TBH, I've seen companies prioritize work-life balance and it honestly makes a huge difference in employee morale. Flexible hours and unlimited PTO have really helped me stay sane - I'd never go back to an office job with 9-to-5 grind."

"Hey guys, I think the key is creating a culture that encourages work-life balance from the get-go. Like, no one expects you to be glued to your desk at 8 PM, right? My current crypto startup actually offers flexible hours and unlimited PTO – it's a game-changer."

"Yooo, I'm all for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. For me, it's about setting clear boundaries and prioritizing self-care - that way, I can tackle my workload without feeling drained all the time. Anybody else have some effective time management tips to share?"

"Preach, OP. Remote work and flexible hours have saved me from burnout more times than I can count. Companies need to prioritize employee well-being, or the talent pool will dry up."
