Yea I've done some small-scale dapp builds on Binance Smart Chain using solidity and React, and I gotta say it's totally doable on a small budget. I managed to whip up a simple NFT marketplace for under $5k, and it's been steadily generating a few hundred bucks in fees each month. Not bad for a side project, lol.
