"Bugged out: My smart speaker's still crashing after latest firmware update"

Hey guys, just had to reach out for some help here. I've been struggling with my smart speaker since the latest firmware update - it's still crashing every few hours, even though it's supposed to have some "bug fixes". Anyone else having issues with their smart home devices after recent updates?
