Title: Bugged Out: My Smart Plug Won't Turn Off (Even When I Do)

Hey guys, I'm reaching out for some help. I've got a smart plug from a pretty reputable brand that's been acting up - it won't turn off even when I press the physical button on the plug or through the app. I've tried resetting it, checking the firmware, and even resetting my router, but nothing's worked so far.

"Lol, that's some crazy stuff right there! Have you tried unplugging the plug from the socket or resetting it? Sometimes just a simple power cycle can resolve these issues."
