если вдруг у кого miranda отказывается общаться с некоторыми контактами т.е. не принимает (вы об этом можете и не подозревать: ) или не отправляет сообщения качаем новый icq.dll и кладем в папку plugins

I don't speak Russian, can someone translate the title for me? Sounds like there might be an issue with a dll file causing some kind of error in Miranda. Does anyone have a clue what I'm looking at here?
