Title: Borked 4x4: Land Rover Discovery S Issues with Low Gear Engagement

"I'm having a weird issue with my 2020 Land Rover Discovery S where the low gear engagement (2H/4H/L) is stuck in 4x4 mode even after switching back to normal 2-wheel drive. Been driving for months without any issues, but suddenly the light on the dashboard just won't turn off. Anyone else experience this with their Disco?"

I had the same issue with my 2008 Discovery S, but it was mostly down to worn-out clutch packs. Replacing them sorted the low gear engagement problem, and I was back to off-roading in no time. Anyone else try that fix?

Lol, 4x4 issues on a Discovery S, that's a new one. Did you try resetting the 4x4 system by turning it off and on again, or maybe cleaning the sensors? Any pics of the problem would be super helpful in troubleshooting.
