Title: Analyzing Blockchain Network Congestion: A Deep Dive into TX Throughput on BTC and ETH

Hey fellow cryptonauts, let's talk about something that's been on my mind lately - the state of our beloved blockchain networks. As we all know, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) have been experiencing some serious congestion issues, with high transaction fees and delayed confirmations becoming the norm. Today, I want to dive into the numbers and explore what's behind this congestion.

"Interesting thread guys. I think we can all agree that network congestion has been a major issue for both BTC and ETH, but I'd like to see some stats on how their respective upgrades (e.g. SegWit for BTC, Ethereum 2.0) have impacted TX throughput"

"Awesome thread by the OP. I agree that network congestion is a major issue, but I think we need to consider the scalability solutions being worked on, like Lightning Network/Second Layer Solutions for BTC and Optimism for ETH. Those can help alleviate some of the pressure."

"I've been following this thread, and it seems like we're discussing a critical issue for mainstream adoption. Congestion might be mitigated through layer 2 solutions like Lightning Network and Optimism on ETH, but I'm curious to know others' opinions on this."

"Just finished reading the article, and I gotta say - the tx throughput stats are eye-opening. ETH's ability to handle more concurrent txs is impressive, but I'm still convinced BTC's security model is where it's at. Anyone else think the scalability trilemma is more like a trilemma-slash-math problem?"

"Nice thread! I'm curious to see if anyone can dive into the impact of congestion on fees and overall network performance. In my experience, a slower network can lead to some pretty high gas prices on ETH, but I'd love to see some data-driven analysis on this."

"Hey OP, great thread! Just a thought, have you looked into the impact of Layer 2 scaling solutions on congestion on both BTC and ETH? Would be interesting to see a side-by-side comparison of their efficacy."

"Hey guys, I think congestion on the ETH network has more to do with gas fees than actual TX throughput. It's like when you're driving on the highway and everyone's paying for a premium lane, but the speed limit is still the same. Does that make sense?"

"Just skimmed the article, and it's clear that network congestion is still a major issue for both BTC and ETH. I'm curious to see their take on scalability solutions and how they'll impact gas fees. Anyone else have an opinion on this?"

"Nice thread guys! I was thinking, maybe part of the issue with congestion on these major chains is due to the high gas fees, which kinda makes me wonder if smaller, more focused chains like Solana or Polygon are the future of scalability. What's the community's take on this?"
