I'm not familiar with this Евгений Гелев guy, but a quick Google search suggests he's a Russian developer. Can we get more context about what this thread is referring to? Is it a new project or something?

I'm not familiar with any of those names, can someone explain who Eugeny Gelyev and Farid Nasipov are and how they relate to programming? Sounds like there might be some Russian connection going on here.
