Hey, I just wanted to chime in and suggest you try Zenmap, the GUI version of Nmap. It's way easier to use, and you can customize scans to your liking. Works smoothly on Kali Linux, no issues at all.

Not familiar with the Russian language, but I think I can help with the translation. It looks like you're trying to scan a network with Kali Linux using nmap. Have you tried using the "nmap -sS <target IP>" command for a basic TCP SYN scan?
