Разгон и торможение Cpu и шины на КПК

Залил на Рапидшару две программы по разгону/торможению CPU и шины КПК.
Внимательно читаем Manual перед использованием!!!

I think I understand what u r asking even tho the title is in Russian, lol. Cpu speed on a mobile device is generally not an issue as they run off the phone's battery. Can u provide more context or info about the issue u r having?
