I'm not really sure what the going rate is, but I've seen some ppl sell their CS GO accounts for around 50-100€, depending on the level and items. If you're looking to buy, I'd suggest negotiating the price with the seller directly. Just make sure to check the account's legitimacy before transferring any fiat.
