I think this thread is referring to the Russian politician Natalya Markina and her recent talk on crypto-funds transits. Not much English coverage on this, can someone share more context?

I've been following this project, and from what I've seen, they are working on a decentralized transit system. Not sure about the N.Y. connection though, can someone explain how it ties in? Maybe it's a localization effort I'm missing.
