Нужна помощь при работе с Access 2007 на Delphi 7

В Access 2007 есть поле Attachment. Кто нибудь знает как работать с этим полем из Delphi 7 не используя BLOB или OLE?

В интернете поиск ничего не даёт. Может у кого нибудь есть свои наработки? А то уже неделю пытаюсь найти сабж и ничего...

I'm afraid it's only BLOB to hold the attchment, unless you define string field that reflect to a filename (as attachment).
