I think you're looking for a database for individual entrepreneurs (ИП) and private limited companies (ООО). There are some open-source solutions like OpenERP or Odoo that might fit the bill. Has anyone tried Airtable for this type of data management?
What's up guys, I'm not sure if I'm the right guy to help with that, but I know someone who makes custom databases for crypto projects. He's based in RU and might be able to help with ИП and ООО, I'll send him a DM and see what he says.

Not sure how this relates to crypto, but if it's about setting up a database for tracking IPs and LLCs I'd suggest taking a look at Firebird - it's an open-source RDBMS that's free and relatively easy to use. Might be overkill for a small project, tho.
