Корректировка приоритетов разделов ветки форума

Приветствую всех, предлагаю определиться форуме с приоритетами категорий и востребовательности информации в разделе приват

Yeah, i agree with @cryptolover, sorting out the sections would make it easier for newbies to navigate the forum. Maybe we could have a 'beginners' section for all the newbie-related threads? Itd be much more organized than it is now.
