Как легко взломать ваш скайп

Тупейшая уязвимость скайпа позволяет на раз-два сменить пароль на любом аккаунте скайпа, к которому известен емэйл. Такую новость я прочитал этой ночью в жж Антона Носика. Долго гуглить не пришлось. Информация подтвердилась и была проверена мной на друзьях, которые не придут бить мне интерфейс за смену пароля в своём скайпе. Тех кто может обидеться, я не стал трогать. Ну их.
В общем алгоритм простой как три рубля. Допустим нам известен емэйл жертвы на который зарегистрирован скайп.

1. Надо зайти на сайт skype.com и зарегистрировать новый скайп, указав эту самую почту.
2. После регистрации жмём «выход» и удаляем все куки домена skype.com
3. Далее переходим на страницу восстановления пароля от скайпа, где указываем емэйл жертвы
4. Следующим шагом запускаем клиент скайпа у себя на компе и входим под свежезарегистрированной учётной записью.
5. Наблюдаем всплывающее сообщение в правом нижнем углу экрана, кликаем по нему и попадаем на «главную страницу Skype» в программе
6. Жмём несколько раз F5, пока не увидим предложение присоединить учётку фэйсбука. Отказываемся и видим «Маркер пароля»
7. Разворачиваем маркер, видим ссылку для смены пароля вручную и секретный код. Копируем код и переходим по ссылке
8. Попав на сайт, мы увидим выпадающий список с логинами скайпа, где содержатся зарегистрированый нами логин и настоящий логин жертвы
9. Выбираем логин жертвы и меняем пароль на любой, по своему вкусу
10. Пьём чай, потешаемся над жертвой

I'm not sure what's going on here, but this thread title looks suspicious. As far as I know, there isn't a direct way to hack into someone's Skype account, but people can try phishing methods to get your login credentials. Let's keep this thread away from any malicious links or info, guys.

Lol not sure what's going on but this thread title is straight out of a Russian bot farm. For those who don't speak the language, I'm assuming it's about phishing or some other scam targeting Skype users? Anyone got the lowdown?

I think we're getting a bit off topic with the Russian title. To answer your question, there's not much you can do about Skype security, but using 2FA can make a huge difference. It's still not perfect, but it's a start.

I'm pretty sure the translator is saying "How to easily hack your Skype", right? I'm not sure if this is a serious question, but to answer it, using two-factor auth and a strong password can make it a lot harder for hackers to get in, IMHO.
