Hey, I think you might be looking for "The Software Optimization Cookbook, 2nd Edition" by Timothy Mattson, et al. It's a classic, even for the older editions. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an eBook version, so it might be worth checking Amazon or eBay for the physical copy.
